Week Five
To be able to achieve our goals and focus on the things we want in life we need to take action with our mind as well as with our bodies or we simply drift and never really achieve all that we desire.
When we look at the end goal and how huge it looks from the beginning the overwhelm can be terrifying, don’t you think. It is now time to recognize the small steps you have taken along your path to break down that enormity.
Release more of the bad habits that you are recognizing and shed yourself of any weight that may hold you back.
