Successful people make their decisions slowly and weigh up what it will do and …
GO FOR IT!
They stick with the decision that was made and follow it through.
Unsuccessful people make snap decisions and change their minds before a result can truly be established.
Are you making decisions then changing your mind?… Slow Down …
Really decide on what it is that you have to do to make it happen and then
keep going and if it seems that things are going pair shaped …
… Don’t Stop …
and change direction like you normally would! See it through sometimes it is the illusion of your thoughts making you feel like its not working.
Get out of your head and into the action if a change or tweak needs to be made. Consider what needs to be done, make the choice and stay with it.

Stick with it.
A prime example of this is DIETING! … I really dislike the term …
I prefer LIFESTYLE CHANGE or CHANGING MENUS
It takes us how long to put on the extra fat?
By the time you realize it’s months or years …
But people decide they want a slim trim bod in two maybe three weeks time …
It doesn’t happen like that!
It takes the effort of making the decision … Because it is an effort to make a
REAL DECISION to MAKE CHANGE and STICK WITH IT!
To make change in your body in a healthy manner you also need to incorporate a time factor in to reaching your goal. My example is in changing body shape and health, but no matter the goal you are attempting to reach remember the element of time.
To ALLOW YOURSELF results.
