It has been a challenge to get my writing done over the last couple of days…
Sometimes when you’re in a scramble it is hard to see what you are meant to see and continue on your way…
Occasionally being blinded by the negative thoughts of lack of worthiness, value, self-esteem all jumping in the way and try to take you over.
However, there is no valid reason for these illusions inside your head to take over!
You know you have been in that place before that is your harmony and balance of yourself and it feels great to be there! Enjoying your exercise, work/job/life path, eating healthful foods, knowing that you are valuable to your family and friends.
Well just because somehow those negative thoughts crept in and sometimes take you unawares,
KEEP DOING ALL THE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD NORMALLY!
Go through the motions of the day even if you want to curl up in a ball and go to sleep and hibernate till it passes. Make your body do the walk, gym session, dance class, your work, whatever it is that you do everyday and ‘normally’ feel great doing. Just Get Through It!. Sometimes it might be a few hours or a day maybe a week – But Don’t Stop!
Be Prepared
- Write out little cards with the things you are good at!
- Have little sayings and affirmations where you can see them when you need them!
- Have one or two close friends or family members to call on when you sense it is happening!
Then when it is happening…
Remind Yourself
- Who you truly are!
- How special you really are!
- How much of a difference you actually make to Friends and Family!
To get through to the other side you might need to cry a little (Great Cleanser By The Way), you may need to burn off some excess energy, perhaps your feeling lethargic and need to increase your energy…
GET OFF YOUR BUM AND DO SOMETHING!
TAKE DEEP BREATHS FILL YOUR LUNGS
OXYGENATE YOUR BRAIN AND DO IT!
Getting up and making the effort will get you back to that happy place where the world has color and favorable emotions again. You need to have faith, and imagine if you cannot see at the time, that YOU are IMPORTANT to the world.
Each time the illusion of negatives starts to niggle in the back of your mind it will become easier to deal with what is happening. Allow yourself the patients, love and reassurance that it will take to get back on track to the spectacular person you are.
I have written this to help me feel better and if you get something out of it that is brilliant!.
