“performing the Five Rites stimulates the circulation of essential life energy throughout the body”.Peter Kelder
15mins a day is all it takes to rejuvenate your flexibility! It doesn’t matter if you have limited flexibility to start the more consistent you are the better the results!
Also known of as the ”Fountain of Youth” exercises, this set of 5 movements can increase energy and normalizes hormone balancing, and strengthen the core.

What is the best time of day to perform the 5 Tibetan?
The entire series of movements may be performed 2 to 3 times per day. As with all forms of holistic body work, sunrise and sunset are great times to be honoring your body with physical work. These are the best times to start your practice, but you may work them into your schedule as you see fit. -
How many time should I repeat each exercise?
You want to work toward performing each of the movements 21 times. When you first begin, 1 or 3 repetitions of each exercise is going to be enough. Gradually work your way up to 21 repetitions. The increase needs to be done slowly to restore energy in turn building your strength.
You will certainly feel stronger in some of the movements than others.
Once you’ve achieved 21 repetitions of each exercise, you don’t need to go on to more repetitions.
If you feel great after doing 21 repetitions of each movement, feel free to add another session later in the day to perform another set of 21 repetitions each.
This is how I wake up in the morning, start the creative juices flowing and wake my body up to take on the world. Be it The Fountain of Youth or 5 Tibetan Rites which ever you may prefer to name it, has given me back my flexibility after a back and hip injury.
Getting my health back and being able to share a little of my story with you in this format has not only physically improved my life but mentally, spiritually and financially as well.
