Comparison Is A Killer

You are a one of a kind and you came to be where you are because of the choices you have made.

Life has given you the experiences you needed to help others, even if you cannot see that as yet.

You might see yourself as a failure but who are you comparing that to? Have they done what you have done …

… learned what you have learned …

… experienced all the things you have?

Just because you are a similar age, gender, color, similar education … It is no reason to compare yourself to others!

What you don’t know is how they feel …

… how they are comparing themselves …

… how they see themselves!

So be kind to yourself! This might be hard to do in the beginning … but love yourself! Take the time to recognize your achievements, your successes no matter how large or small.

They all make up who you are and your story!

Be gentle with your thoughts, if you get negative conversations in your own head, don’t beat yourself up for it!

1 IT’S NOT WORTH IT!
2 IT’S NOT GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE!

We each have our own amazing talents and specialties, that no-one else can compare to. What we don’t see for ourselves, or forget about that are the situations and experiences that we have endured and grown from. We need to take the time to look at ourselves and our lives to observe how Great we actually are!

We are One Of A Kind!
We are Talented In Our Own Way!
We have Experiences Of Our Own!
We Help Others … In ways we have not yet recognized yet.

I have come to realize that my spin on how I had coped with being a single mum and managed on an extremely tight budget to keep a roof over our heads and food in the kids tummies, will help others that are going through the same thing.

I know I have the gift of experience to share and let those people know they can make it through the tough times, not to give up and share how they did it!

Have a wonderful day and know that you are …
YOUR OWN IMPORTANT INDIVIDUAL

THAT NEEDS NO COMPARISON!
