Nourishment is not limited to the food you eat. Although it does play a big part in your mood and perception of life and in the long term your overall health. Making the right choices for your body is a fantastic start to nourishing it.
Consider foods that make you feel energized, light, and satiated. Listen to what your body wisdom is telling you … is it digesting easily, how do you feel 15mins, 30 mins or even 60 mins after you have eaten.
Take time for yourself to work out what nourishes you, spend a little time each day with the intention to nourish. It can be a small gesture for yourself or you can steep your soul in something totally luxurious.
